Wingspan is designed to make it easy for you and your client to share information quickly and efficiently. Some clients may require certain documents to be provided by you during your onboarding experience.
You'll see these requirements listed as "File upload."
Clicking that requirement will open the document upload menu. You'll find an explanation of your client's request (e.g, upload your most recent license) and a list of support file types (like PDF.)
Click browse files to select a compatible file type and then click "Continue." If you've included the correct file type you're all set.
