My invoice says deposited, but I don’t see it in my bank account.
We mark an invoice as deposited when we send the transfer to your bank, the day that happens is considered the “deposit date.” Then it might take a day for your bank to post the funds in your account.
Sometimes a transfer can be delayed a day or two, but we wait to get this information back from the bank. Waiting one or two business days usually resolves the issue.
