Sometimes a contractor's email needs to be updated β maybe because there was a typo in the original entry or they have another, preferred email to use. Clients can now easily update the email address of contractors in Velocity Global Contractor Management.

A contractor's email can only be updated under certain circumstances.
The contractor's account must be in pending status (not yet registered)
The contractor can only have a relationship with you as their current client (no other clients)
You must be using engagements
Instructions
Navigate to the Contractors page
Find and open the contractor whose email you want to edit
Confirm that they are in the pending status (i.e, not signed up)
Click Edit next to their email
Enter the new email in the field and then click continue
Review the email for accuracy, then click confirm and continue
A new invitation will be dispatched to this address
