Incorrect Invoice Content

If you've received an invoice that isn't correct, read this guide for more help.

Contractors who receive invoices directly from their clients on Velocity Global Contractor Management may sometimes see an invoice with an amount or total that isn't correct. This article walks you through who to contact when that happens.


The content of an invoice is incorrect

VGCM pays out the invoices imported to us by your payer (client). VGCM does not set the content of those invoices.

If the content of your invoice is wrong (missing work completed, paid at an incorrect rate, etc.) please reach out directly to your payer.


The invoice is correct but I received different payout amount

If the content and total of an invoice is right but the amount paid out to you was incorrect, please reach out to [email protected] directly and we can help.
