VGCM tracks your owed payouts by an invoice number. If you're writing in to support asking about a specific payout you'll want to be able to provide the invoice number to our team. This guide will show you how.
Note: The VGCM invoice number may be different than your companies internal invoice number!

Navigate to the invoices page in the menu bar on the left of your VGCM home page. You can find that under the Get Paid header in the drop down menu.
You can find the invoice number you're looking for on the Invoices page, listed under the Invoice # column. The invoice number will also appear in a sidebar menu when clicking to view invoice details.
Provide that number for each invoice you'd like help with from our customer support team.
