Invoice Details
Click on an invoice from your dashboard to open an overlay showing the invoice's details, status, and actions you can take:
At the top, you'll see the invoice number, the client, and the status of the invoice. Below it, you'll see an action button (which updates based on the invoice status) and a three-dot action menu:
The invoice details section displays the amount of the invoice, the individual it was billed to, its due date, a description of the items or services invoiced and their amounts, and the payout method where the invoice will be deposited:
Finally, the All activity section shows a timeline of all events associated with the invoice and its status changes:
Action Menu
To take action on an invoice, click the three-dot menu icon. The actions available will be automatically updated based on the status of the invoice:
Duplicate: This will create an exact copy of the invoice.
Download PDF: This will save a PDF copy of your invoice to your device for your records or to send directly to your client.
Send reminder: An email will be sent to the client's email address with a link to the invoice for payment.
Copy invoice link: This will copy a link to your device's clipboard to send directly to your client.
Accept invoice: This will update the invoice to show that you agree to the amount displayed.
Dispute invoice: If you dispute the invoice, you must enter the reason for the dispute, and it will be sent to your client.
