Receiving Invitations from VGCM
VGCM sends invitations to the email you provided to the payer's company. These emails are sent from [email protected].
Troubleshooting Missing Invitations
If you haven't received an invitation from VGCM:
Check Spam/Junk Mail: The invitation might be in your spam or junk mail folder.
Update Email with the Payer's Company: Ensure the email registered with the payer is current. Check any alternate emails you might have used, or update your email with the payer, so the payer can send an invite to your preferred email address.
Requesting a New Invite
If after following the above steps, you still haven't received an email, request a new invite here.
Note: Keep your email information up to date with the payer's company and Wingspan to ensure you receive all necessary tax information.
Steps Before Requesting a New Invite:

1. Spam/Junk Mail: Search for an email from Wingspan in these folders.
2. Email Address Verification: Confirm the email registered with your payer is accurate and can receive emails.
Wingspan Automated Email for Tax Information Confirmation
We send automated emails requesting tax information with these details:
For existing contractors
Subject Line: "[Your Company] needs you to verify your tax details"
Sender: [email protected]
For new contractors
Subject Line: "[Your Company] invited you to provide your tax info via Wingspan"
Sender: [email protected]
If no action is taken by January 20th, existing information on file will be used for tax forms.
For contractors, who have not provided tax information via VGCM, they will only receive their 1099 form via physical mail only with no digital access to the 1099 form.
In this case, all form management must go through the payer, including:
Corrections
Re-mailing requests
Link sharing
Any other form-related needs
